Why Organic Food Is Good?
On the farming side, organic means no more harmful pesticides and petroleum-based fertilisers running into nature destroying surrounding ecosystems.
On the consumers' point of view, nobody wants to have harmful chemicals in their daily diet. So why buy vegetables that are grown with them?
Organic food has been confirmed by many studies to have higher nutritional values than conventional food because with the absence of pesticides and fertilisers; plants boost their production of phytochemicals (vitamins and antioxidants) that in return strengthens their resistance to bugs and weeds.
